"My debit card rang up the price correctly at my first attempt, but had to be done again apparently because it did not go through on the sales register. Also when I left the store, I heard a signal, but did not believe it applied to me, since I had a receipt. When I got home, I discovered a white button like object affixed to the item. I called the store, and they said I would have to return to have that object taken off. I am an older person and getting out and about is somewhat hard. Also, the nuisance of having to drive a distance and lose the time it takes to return the merchandise. Obvious questions would be: Why wasn't the item removed at the time of purchase, or if the signal I heard when leaving was an alarm that someone was attempting to shoplift, why wasn't I stopped."

"I was happy with the overall experience at gordmans. But, who I assume is the manger, was unprofessional giving the cashiers their employee reports at the check out counter! There was a women standing behind me waiting in line for about five minutes while the manager was giving the cashier her report. The young gentleman who was checking me out had asked the other cashier and manager if they could assist the lady THREE times and neither responded to Mason and continued to chat! Finally the manager had told the young women she could help the patient women quick, but continued to give the report! I thought this was incredibly inappropriate! It had made the cashier associates frantic and unable to perform their job to their full ability!"
